When you travel to the Rocky Mountains, it’s not only your body that acclimates (hello, elevation)… your STYLE does as well!
Wearing bright, sweet clothing typical of the south… suddenly seems inappropriate in a cooler climate laden with outdoor enthusiasts.
This trip to Colorado, I busted out a look that reminds me so much of my college days, it almost makes me want to play “The Cranberries.”…Boots and shorts with a sweater! It is certainly practical, keeping you pretty warm, but also kinda fun and unexpected.
It’s not for everyone and it certainly isn’t the ‘southern’ lady-like me, but it’s nice to mix it up every once in a while.
Btw, these boots are amazing and I can’t stress enough how much I love them! I found them in Colorado last year and couldn’t find them online until recently. Soooo, now you can own them too. I know they will make you as happy as they’ve made me!
