Comfort is priority #1 for most of us especially following quarantine. But instead of the slouchy, relaxed styles of the past year, this trend is evolving. The styles we’re seeing are becoming much more polished, tailored, and luxe. On the runways, we saw everything from sleek sets to dresses to skirts. All in luxurious fabrics like silk and cashmere. Below, I’m sharing my favorite loungewear set at the moment and a few other chic options I’m eyeing…

My Favorite Lounge Set
I bought these shorts and the matching hoodie sweater for our cross-country road trip. I knew I wanted to be comfortable while we were in the car for hours and hours. This is the ultimate travel day outfit…but it can also be worn around the house, running a quick errand, or grabbing a quick, casual lunch. This set is a silk and cashmere blend so it’s very soft and comfortable. Intermix has a similar version that’s a wool and cashmere-blend too that I linked below! I’m also wearing a comfy crop top underneath that I’ve been wearing with pretty much all my other shirts since I bought it because…you don’t have to wear a bra with it! MAJOR WIN!
Loungewear Tip
One thing I want you to think about when you’re shopping for your luxe loungewear…you want to be able to take each piece in the set and style it a different way so that it’s more versatile. For example, I’ve worn the sweater with denim shorts and sneakers. But I’ve also worn the shorts with a tee and cardigan. Each piece can be worn with other things in my wardrobe!
