My summer staple…? SHORTS.
It is way too hot for pants here in south Texas. And, shorts enable me to tastefully perform all mom duties (without risk of over-exposure).

I chose 2 pairs of 3″ inseams, 2 pairs of 4″ inseams and 2 pairs of 5″ inseams. I prefer my 3’s and 4’s because these shorts sit low on your hips and I’m petite. If you are taller, you’ll probably like 5″ to 9″ better.
