HOW I KNOW HER: Rebecca and I used to work together at WWNY TV 7 in Watertown, NY (where I grew up)
She is cute as a button and definitely one of the sweetest, most genuine people I’ve ever met.

MISSION: Somehow between traveling all over the country doing makeup, running her oxygen and brow bar, and raising four children, Alicia penned a book.

HOW I KNOW HER: I met Alicia many years ago in San Antonio. She has generously volunteered her time and helped me with several charity fashion shows.
She’s also done my makeup for on camera shoots. She is gorgeous with an enviable work ethic!

MISSION: To turn her passion for fashion into a sport via the app “BattleShop.” It is modeled after fantasy football, and makes shopping competitive and fun!
HOW I KNOW HER: Katey and I are both from Watertown, NY. When I was growing up, Watertown was comprised of two ethnicities (really, just TWO), Irish and Italian.
Katey’s maiden name is Distefano…about as Italian as it gets!
I was in the same class in high school as Katey’s brother, JP. He was so joyful and funny, but sadly he passed away in high school. It was so unexpected and heart-breaking…

MISSION: Her dream is to act on a successful show… so she’s taking matters into her own hands. She started a kickstarter-type campaign on “indiegogo” to get her web series, “Love’s Bounty Hunter” produced!

HOW I KNOW HER: My husband and her husband went to college together and have been great friends ever since!
