Why We Love Club Chairs
Club chairs are a comfortable and modern seating option for any living space! We have a modern home and I love it. But when people hear “modern,” some think “cold.” That’s why I wanted to add some warmth and comfort to our space. If you don’t know, a club chair is an upholstered armchair with really deep seats (perfect for getting comfy). You’ll usually see them in pairs, but it just depends on your space. You can see how our leather club chairs made our modern living room feel cozier…

Our Club Chairs
These club chairs from Restoration Hardware give the perfect mix of comfort and modern style. The calf hair and silver metal around the sides and back of the chair bring both a modern and rustic touch. And the deep seats make them an inviting place to curl up, relax and watch movies. You might be able to find these exact chairs on eBay, but I also linked some similar pieces below.

Other Accent Chair Options
I also added a leather armchair in our master bedroom (pictured above). I love this chair from West Elm.
There are SO many options… everything from armchairs… to chesterfield chairs… to wingback chairs! Depending on your home style, you can also find these chairs in tons of different materials like leather, suede, velvet, performance fabrics, etc. Don’t forget to measure your space before buying and consider durability. I lean towards leather because it’s easier to wipe down and keep clean. If you do go for upholstered chairs, make sure you choose a forgiving fabric that is easy to clean. Don’t be afraid to mix up styles too. If you have a modern home, try a more rustic chair or vice versa.
