White Cotton Pullover Sweater
Every spring I think about what basics I might need to replace and/or what essential pieces I can add to my existing wardrobe. This is particularly important with all my “White” basics since white tends to look worn sooner than darker colors.

Eileen Fisher
Every time I buy something by Eileen Fisher, I’m amazed at the quality! The fabrics always feel incredible against your skin. They wear VERY well and flatter a variety of body types. All of Eileen Fisher’s pieces are high-quality essentials that you’ll wear for years and years. Definitely worth the investment! See how I styled some Eileen Fisher basics from Bloomingdales below.

Look #1 | Jeans & Sweater
Even if you live in the HOTTEST climate (my Texans and Floridians)… you still need a lightweight sweater. You will wear it in the mornings and evenings this season and in the summer, you will want to wear it in the HEAVILY air-conditioned restaurants. I always felt cold in the summer in Texas because of all the AC.
This Eileen Fisher sweater is such a lightweight, cotton sweater you may even wear it more. It is also mesh so it breathes. The natural cotton fabric is breathable too. It runs large so size down one size for a slimmer fit.
The Jeans
I’m going to Paris soon and I really wanted a pair of jeans in addition to my dark wash skinny jeans that felt French. I decided on these jeans by AGOLDE. The high rise, slightly flared leg, cropped jeans feel chic and modern. They will also frame your shoes beautifully.
You can always pair this sweater with shorts too!
Accessories
As I type in the airport, I am wearing this pair of white Stuart Weitzman booties because they are so chic and comfortable. The heel is LOW and manageable. Yay!
And, can we talk about this wristlet black and white bag by Rebecca Minkoff? Isn’t it the coolest? It adds such an impactful, stylish pop to the basic look. I love that it can be worn as a top handle bag, wristlet or crossbody.

Look #2 | Tank Dress
This next look is the PERFECT stylish mom-on-the-move outfit and a combination I’ll wear all season. The one-and-done midi tank dress by Eileen Fisher is so soft, comfortable, and drapes flawlessly. I love the side slits and sporty racerback, and the flattering (not too low) scoop neckline.
That gorgeous white sweater from the first look is perfect to have tied around your waist. You can throw it on if you get chilly or want more coverage.

Accessories
To finish off the look I’m wearing the same Rebecca Minkoff bag and some white Dolce Vita mules. The mules are sold out in white but also come in black and python.
Bloomingdale’s
I was SO excited I got to pop into Bloomingdale’s while traveling on my business retreat. I’ll show you those finds soon. Mostly, I shop online since there are no Bloomingdale’s near me. The returns are simple, which I appreciate and I absolutely love the pieces the buyers find.
