Maybe you worked through lunch. Or maybe you were awake late last night. Whatever your reason, it’s the afternoon, and you’re slumping… hard. You could reach for the sweet treat, but you know that will only perk you up for a little while. Plus, maybe you’re trying to eat less sugar. You also want something that will give you the energy you need to feel your best for the rest of the day. But at this point, you’re so hungry, you are almost willing to eat anything. Don’t worry, we’ve been there too. It’s hard to make good decisions when you’re hangry. That’s why keeping some healthy snacks on hand can make it easier.
