I am a HUGE fan of the 2-in-1 sweater or twofer as I like to call it! The layered sweater creates the illusion that you are expertly layering your clothes, but it doesn’t create any extra rumples or bulk… that ACTUAL layers do. You know what I mean if you have tried to wear a white button-down under a fitted sweater. You will inevitably see the buttons and puckering of the shirt under the sweater. With twofers, you will look stylish, streamlined, and slim!

#1 | Brochu Walker Sweater
No one does a twofer like Brochu Walker. The quality of the fabric, the way it drapes… SOOO good. The price reflects the quality. No doubt there are less expensive options, but sometimes it’s worth investing in a great quality piece you know you will wear over and over again throughout the season.
I got this new Brochu Walker 2-in-1 sweater a few weeks ago and LOVE it! The color is gorgeous, it’s a perfect weight, and I love that the shirt layer covers my bottom. It also comes in a dress version in other colors. I’m wearing it with the Spanx faux leather leggings and black combat boots by See by Chloé. If you don’t already have the Spanx leggings, get them! I promise you’ll thank me later. I searched for the perfect combat boots for a while and finally found these…they’re super comfortable, have the perfect amount of hardware, and don’t look too masculine.

Adding An Extra Layer
I wanted to show you what the sweater looks like with another layer on top. This is the Balmain blazer. It’s pricey but my two favorite look-a-likes are this one from Express and this one by Lioness. You can see that with a pre-layered sweater, you can still add an extra layer and look super chic without adding bulk.

#2 | Alice + Olivia Sweater
The second twofer I got this season is by Alice + Olivia. It has puff shoulders, Victorian neck, and it’s fitted. I love the feel of the fabric and the sort of peppy feel it gives to a look!
#3 | Alice + Olivia Tie Neck Sweater
The last layered sweater I snagged is another one by Alice + Olivia! This one is long sleeve and has a chic tie neck and ruffle details! I also love the bell sleeves! It’s super soft and gives just the right amount of femininity to your look!
