Blanket scarves are really fun to wear!
They are incredibly chic… and can add a LOT to your look.
BUT, they are tricky to style.
You get one, and inevitably you are standing in front of the mirror saying, “What the heck do I do with this?”
I found a GREAT video on YouTube showing you some different ways to tie them.
Check out Jean’s video here (Extra Petite).
The blanket scarf is a pretty major accessory.
If you have a plaid or colorful one like I do, you should keep everything else pretty neutral.
STYLING TIP: Remember neutrals don’t have to be boring, though.
Always look for interesting details, like the zippers on my jeans or the chevron pattern on my sweater.
These Schutz tassel booties, btw, are amazing! Incredibly comfortable and on trend.
Suede is going to stick around for a while.
Plus, the heel is VERY manageable. Only around 2 1/2 inches.
Thank you SO much for stopping by!!
Please let me know if you have any questions.

You look gorgeous! I’m going to have to pass on this look I think. I am too busty to pull it off. Would love to see your close-up with a different shade of lipstick. Those shoes are to-die-for. Talk about dressing up a neutral – perfect, cute and sexy without being over the top. Thank you for sharing your great style! : )
I would love to see some of your suggestions of how to tie a scarf!
